4. PROHIBITED USES

Consequences: If you violate these rules, we can:

• Forfeit any remaining balance
• Report you to authorities if necessary
• Pursue legal action if needed

Delivery Timeframe

After Delivery

7. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

When You Can Get a Refund

Refund eligible if:

• Order didn’t deliver within promised timeframe
• AND you provide proof (screenshots, order details)
• AND you request within 24 hours of order completion deadline
• AND delivery failure was our fault, not platform issues

Refund not eligible if:

• You changed your mind
• Service delivered partially (partial counts as delivered)
• Delay was due to platform issues
• You used service for prohibited purposes
• You didn’t provide proof within 24 hours

How to Request Refund

2. Include screenshots showing non-delivery
3. Request within 24 hours of delivery deadline
4. We review and approve/deny within 24 hours

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds issued within 24-72 hours
• Refunded to original payment method
• Bkash/Nagad/Rocket may take 1-3 days to appear
• Card refunds may take 3-5 business days

Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled once delivery starts
• Contact support immediately if you want to cancel
• Cancellation before delivery starts = 100% refund
• After delivery starts = no cancellation, only refund for non-delivery

Replacement Option

• Instead of refund, request replacement delivery
• We redeliver the service at no cost
• Good option if there’s temporary platform delay

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Property

• Our website, design, code, and content are our property
• You cannot copy, modify, or distribute our content
• You cannot reverse-engineer our platform

Your Content

• You own the content on your social accounts
• You grant us permission to reference your username/profile for service delivery

9. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

Our Liability Limit

• Unused balance may be refunded (minus fees)
• Account closure is permanent

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
